The journal is distributed to our members, subscriptions, advertisers, photography stores, photographic labs, colleges and universities, libraries, bookstores, models, modeling/talent agencies, and trade shows. The Glamour Photographer is targeted to serve the needs of photographers, models, and potential buyers.

Published 6 times a year, bimonthly in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Deadline for space order is the 25th of the second month proceeding the cover date of issue. No cancellations are accepted after the closing date. Material received after deadline is subject to a late charge.

PAYMENT POLICY:

First time advertisers are required to pay for ads in advance. Otherwise, payment is due before closing date. Payment must be made by company check, bank check, money order or credit cards through www.paypal.com only.

Basic typesetting and layout is provided at no additional cost to all advertisers. Otherwise, advertisers must provide camera ready typeset quality artwork (600-dpi minimum resolution) no later than 5:00 P.M., before closing date. Skipping publication of one or more issues will place an advertiser back on the 1 time rate schedule. All copy subject to publisher's approval. Rates are based on number of insertions used in one contract year. The publisher reserves the right to make an additional charge for advertisements involving special composition or alterations.

The first rate listed is the rate for running the ad in one issue. Second rate is for running in three consecutive issues. The last and lowest rate is the annual rate for running in six consecutive issues.

COPY AND MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS (Width x Height in inches):

The Glamour Photographer accepts advertising materials in digital file format. For Windows computer-generated ads, place on PageMaker or Quark document, and provide all TIFF or EPS files, plus fonts or PhotoShop files. Camera-ready art. Resolution requested: Line art, 600 dpi.

Collected/compressed files may be transferred electronically via e-mail or posting on our ftp site. (Call for specific instructions.)

Classified ads are $15/issue for twenty-five words or less. Additional words for $.75 each. A special prepaid annual rate of $10/issue is also available. Classified Ads must be paid in advance and received by the 25th of two months prior to publication.

Services Directory is a directory listing of photography services and products by category. Listings are only $30/issue (4 lines) and are a simple, trouble-free way for you to advertise. Additional lines are $5 each. A special prepaid annual rate of $25/issue is also available. Simply use your company name, address, phone number, and description of your services.

Web site listings are $10/issue. You will also be given a hyperlink to your web site on our home page at www.glamourphotonet.com. A special prepaid annual rate of $5/issue is also available.
