CANCELLATIONS: The shoot registration fee is fully refundable up to ten business days before the shoot start date. To avoid any penalty, notifcation of cancellation must be received within ten business days of the shoot start date. The full registration is due by the start of the first day of the shoot, the registration fee is transferable to any other GPI event for one year. Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitution for the shoots may be made any time. If Glamour Photographers International cancels a shoot for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
